Hi, I’m Alice Goubsky, Feminine Embodiment & Leadership Coach.
I teach women to lead from their body: soft, clear, magnetic.
From marketing director running my own agency in Europe to years living and teaching in India, guiding women through yoga teacher trainings, retreats, and workshops, my journey became a devotion to the feminine: to the art of feeling, pleasure, and presence.
Now based in Bali and currently training in the VITA™ Coaching Method, I weave somatic healing, tantric embodiment, and coaching psychology to bridge the worlds of science and the sacred.
My approach blends nervous system regulation, feminine & masculine harmony, and dark feminine integration, helping women turn inner transformation into magnetic creation.

My Story
I used to live entirely in my head, co-founding a marketing agency in Berlin, managing teams, deadlines, and clients.
On paper, I had success. Inside, I felt disconnected and constantly in survival mode.
A burnout became my wake-up call.
I left everything behind to study yoga, spirituality and embodiment across India, and eventually landed in Bali.
It’s where I learned that power doesn’t come from pushing, it comes from presence.
Over the years, I’ve guided hundreds of women through this same shift:
from pressure to peace, from confusion to clarity, from performing confidence to embodying it.
